i plan on building up my b16 head for my ls vtec (all motor) set up an i was wondering if i can get some opinions on some internals such as cams valve springs an retainers what brand would be more relaible an effeciant skunk 2 or crower? thanks

they're both reputable companies with good stuff.

I prefer skunk2 so my biased answer will naturally b e S2.

look at there parts online and see what you like more and what's more suitable for you.
