flca strut bushing
ok heres the problem i have the energy suspension bushing kit and had most of the bushings but on and didnt really have time to do the rest. Recently my flca strut bushing is torn causing the car to feel real unstable in the front. For some reason the bushing is not in the box and i cant seem to be able to order jus that bushing. Does anyone know where i i can jus buy that bushing instead of getting another kit. thanks
Stay away from poly: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1563815
but to answer your questions, what car is this for? There were diff energy part number for diff flca shock bushings.

I would stay away from poly in the front, unless you've got some magic new formula of poly which can resist the wear I've seen. I would just replace them with factory bushings, or the Mugen parts.
If you replaced them with some sort of spherical bearing item, the ride would be much more harsh, and you'd probably have to replace parts more frequently.
