AEM Cam Gears for turbo

AEM Cam Gears for turbo
Is it okay to run AEM Tru Time cam gears with turbo? I've heard from some friends if you dont use the right cam's you could mess ur engine up. True?? I currently have AEM Tru Time cam gears... just wanna know if its ok. Thanks!

cam gear tuning can pick up a lot of gains. keep them if they're the 5 or 6 bolt gears.
which cams can mess up ur engine? some cams can make more power than others, based on tuning, but they can't really harm ur engine unless installed wrong.
