The FK452 is just the new version of the older FK451.
Since they're designed for large wheels running super low profile tires, I can't imagine that they would be the most comfortable ride. Then again, I love my RT-615 Azenis, but certainly not for ride quality.
Sizing looks, interesting, for the FK452 on Falken's site. Nothing smaller than a 16 is available.
For a pre-96 Civic, 215/40-16 looks to be the closest to correct size.
For a 97-00 Civic or Integra, 205/40-17 or 215/40-17 should work, though they also come in a 215/35-18 if you have glass smooth roads, don't mind bending wheels periodically, and don't care if the speedometer is a little off.
Unless you're going for the "VIP, rubber band on a wheel" look, I'd look into other tires. But, thats just the opinion of someone who has never owned, nor ridden in a car equipped with, FK452 tires.

I should be able to help you out. I got 2 T1r's on my car right now and will be adding 2 new Falken Fk452's to the rear of my Acura Integra. I'll keep you posted on the results.

Ask on a Nissan/Infiniti board, where they will have more knowledge about tires and parts for your car. This is honda-tech.
