state ref question
i recently bar'd my hatch w/ a ls motor and was thinking of selling the motor to a friend. i was wondering is the vin on the block registered to my car now that i had it ref'd, or does the ref certificate mean that the car is registered for any ls motor not just my exact ls motor.
