I was wondering if there was a cheaper alternative for the pillow ball mounts for KONI/Ground control setup? For 1993 Honda Civic.

I was wondering would this one work? I found this on eBay.

why do you think you need those?

 

I think I bought that exact same set, although I got it in blue color. For some reason it raised my ride height, and that's what I was looking for so I was happy for awhile.

Then, after about 6 months I took a look at them, and the bolts have very shallow flanges and had pulled entirely through the aluminum. Luckily I had found it when I did, or the whole thing would've fallen apart.

If you did buy those (which i don't recommend, they are not really Pillowballs BTW), I would torque it to a very, very low torque.
