Best shop to buy a pre-built d series short block..

Hello im looking for any shops that build short blocks.. im looking for iron dutcile sleves and all the other goodies for about 8:1 cr or less... going turbo Ive been trying to get in touch with JG but they seem shadddyyyy.. Thanx help me out !!! got 5gs and need to speeennnd LOL

nah not all 5g's , just under 3 and build my own turbo kit with a spearco intercooler, and t3/t4e for round 1500 or less.. run like 15+ lol :D
