I have a Viper alarm and its been working fine until randomly one day it just stopped working. I thought maybe it would be the remote. So i tried using the back up LCD remote and it still didn't function. Anybody know what the issue can be? I disconnected and reconnected the battery and tried to reset it. But instead the siren goes off very very softly as if it was dying. My car's battery is brand new.

And security is seriously neccessary on my car, i have a $1200 sound system.

 

check and may sure the ground is good on the alarm. Thats why the siren is so low. This is the case most often.
