please do not post if you have no dine it.

how many people in here have actualy put a K series into your em2/ es1 please post and say yes or no and what you think about it.

Hmm.. i think roughly 100-200 2001-2005 7thgen civic Em2/ES1/ES2 have a K

and ~10 with a k24/k20

and 10-15 with a K + Turbo

i can think of only one kid whos done the k24/k20 swap....and i helped do the swap too.

but seriously...you wont be able to come up with a definitive number of people who have done the swap.

im notlooking for a total im looking to here form people who have actualy done the swap. i wanna see what they ruly have to say about it. how hard was the install and such. and how they personaly feel about it. not so much looking for total numbers if oyu kno what i mean

everyone who does it definatly loves it, i was going k-turbo at a time but now its time for an STI

Those numbers are extreme, if you ask me.

It's more like 50-75 K-swaps in total. The other numbers seem fairly accurate.

Oh, by the way, to answer the original question:
"Yes, I have a K."

hmm you be right but i'd like to say max is around 100 ish, cali has alone a good 15 ish

This included k20a3's btw. i stand by my guesses

plus there are some people over seas with a few, lol.

and not all of them post on honda-tech or any forums. i know of at least 3 people who had K swaps but never posted on forums, dont know what happened to them, i only keep in touch with one of them now. who knows how many others are out there that don't go online and post their setup online.

i had the choice of swapping my em2 or getting a hatch for the swap, i went with the hatch. i have 2 K's sitting in my garage, i might swap in one of them in my EM2 eventually but i doubt it. it's expensive but well worth it IMO.
