yes, depending on the year. You might need a reverse harness. why would you want to go stock?

what year is the new radio from. If its a 99 si your going to need a harness for that radio and the harness for your car.
youre gonna need the male plug from the 99-00 civic dash harness. its a blue plug thats more square compared to your rectangular 95 civic plug.
To be more specific, you'll need a 71-1721 harness to plug into the new radio and a 70-1720 harness to plug into your vehicle's wiring...
Wire the two harnesses together, matching color to color, and it'll be plug & play.

The mounting of the 2 units is diff. and so is the face trim.
The 00 Civics unit uses an ISO mounting system, 8mm machine screws through a bracket into the sides of the unit, your car uses a rear mount, 8mm machine screws through a bracket into a lip that sticks out the bottom of the unit.
