Honda CRV - 1998 - Windows run channel, regulators and motor
Hello all,
About 3 months ago, I had a problem with my electronic lock system on my 1998 CRV. I took it in to get repaired and they had to take the entire left door apart to fix my problem.
After that (once everything was put back togetter), I started to have problems with my window (about a week later). I went back and they told me that when they put the door back togetter, they didn't put the regulator in correctly and that caused the window to jam.
they fixed the problem only to see this issue back once more. I took my car back and they told me that now, the window regulator is bent due to the fact that the motor was pushing up on the window but since the window wasn't moving, it bent the regulator.
Now my question, can the motor from the window actually bend a regulator or can this be due to the fact that they did not put the window back togetter properly???
Thanks to all...
