Default 05 Accord ECU change

i like to change ecu

but my question is if i change my ecu does will help go up lots HP?

and it will damage my engine?

and i heard theres two way to change ecu

first programm the ECU and Sec thing is change whole ecu?

and how much will cost? and what company is good?

Changing the ECU will do nothing.

CHIPPING or using a management system will add hp to your car.

and changing a chip is cheaper or using management system will be cheaper?

and how much hp will gain?
