I am looking into buying one for my Si that is AC compliant. I do not wanna gut the AC. I have a T3 turbo and I know it bolts on. Does anyone have pics of the Kit on a 00 Si?? Just wanna see how much room is actually left over.

from the DP, there's about 1/2" of extra room from the AC compressor..roughly

this is a drag from my car...it's pretty close to the rev-hard manifold placement of the turbo itself...

see the black pipe under the wastegate is the DP, and right next to it is the AC compressor..

not the greatest pic, but hopefully you get the idea...

 

I'll be running the Rev Hard Manifold on my Type R, it's at home waiting installation I'm planning on retaining AC as well...
