Default VAFC settings

What would be some good base settings for a pretty much stock 2000 V6 accord with just an intake?

This isn't for a seriously power seeking car, its for a friend of mine who just picked one up and was hopeing to get a couple of ponis out of it.

on a stock engine don't wasre your dough. get some CL type S cams instead.

check out apexi's website they should have settings on there i agree with YeuEmMaiMai if it were me i would do exhaust and maybe igintion
