Hi, I have recently purchased an RSX-S a few weeks ago. The motor and car were in great condition when I bought it. However, I took my car to a dealership to get a full inspection/diagnostic plus and oil change etc. They want me to replace my rear shocks since they are leaking and said my moonroof seal is deformed. The shocks and alignment will be about $600, I know that they are important although the car is not riding rough yet. However the moonroof looks fine to me and is not leaking. How urgent is the shock problem? and is the $600 moonroof replacement just a waste of money?

Replace the shocks yourself and get 3 years of free alignments from Tires Plus for $115. For the sunroof, go through a carwash and see what happens.

 

The sunroof isn't leaking at all, So I doubt I will replace it unless it leaks. Yeah I def will replace the shocks soon.

 

Sounds like it's time for a drop!
