Transparent Spark Plug Cover
Hey guys. I've got a JDM 98 Spec Integra Type R and the spark plug cover is a carbon fibre look alike as they come that way. Im looking to get rid of it and dumpin on a transparent spark plug cover?? Anyone can point out where i can get one and sent to NZ too

I don't know of anyone that makes one, but if you can find someone in Oz that machines them out of billet (should be easy) then they can machine one out of acrylic. I have worked with plastics on milling machines and it is not hard at all. Just need to use the right bits and not let it get too hot.
Use a small buffing wheel at low speed with jewelers rouge to get the scratches out. If there are a lot of tool marks, you may have to sand with fine grit sand paper first. Edges, etc. can be made clear by hitting them with a torch, but it takes a bit of practice to get it right.

Thank you, but there are a lot of people who hate me just as much! I really try to post useful information, but I also have no patience for threads that are relentlessly stupid and that gets me into trouble some times. I am too damn striaght-forward. ; )
