Default ITR Oil Leak question?

I'm a noob at this so bare with me.

Well i just got back my B18C5 block from RS Machines. Pretty much built the bottom end. (Bored out 82mm, CP pistons 9:5 comp, RS Sleeves, Micro Polish Crank, Knife Edge Crank etc...)

Well i assembled the head together ARP head studs (To spec) Cam Caps (To Spec) etc. As I cranked for oil pressure i noticed that it was leaking oil from the corner of the distributor side of the head. I was wondering what would be the problem of it? I'm running a cometic head gasket .030 thickness.

I also was wondering if i should've put the gasket on with the dowels, then the actual head itself, before installing the head studs than gasket, than the head itself before i torqued everything down.

Could it be the gasket, or could it be the head didn't sit right?
Any answers.

Did you have the head resurfaced?

Is the oil leaking FROM the headgasket?

Yes I did,

I asked the machine shop to resurface as little as possible.
Its pretty much a slow leak from idle then when pressure is in it leaks a lot.

So it might be the gasket itself because thats the only area that its leaking from. Thats what I think.
