Front Bumper Support Help
Well as many of you may already know, I am restoring/modifying my 89 ED CRX DX. I tore off my fenders and front bumper the other day to get the car ready to install my fiberglass fenders and see what I was looking at as far as my bumper and to my suprise the whole front bumper support (where it screws in under the headlights) is completely rotted out and will not support the bumper anymore. Is my only option to cut it out and weld in a new one or can I get that whole front piece from a junkyard? The bumper itself is salvageable with a little bondo or some fiberglass. Also, I want to get a decent lip for the front bumper. I saw a guy on here that had a Java Black Pearl Civic not too long ago and I liked the Mugen lip he had but didn't see where he got his from. But I need to figure out this front bumper support thing first. Also, I need to tear off my back bumper because it's barely on there too. Anyway, thanks in advance.

Bumper support is mounted on a square metal bracket that you can replace. Which one is rusted out? Bracket or the actual front frame where the brackets are bolted on?
The actual part where the bumper screws into underneath the headlights and hood latch. The frame itself is in great condition but the part that the bumper actually mounts to up top is rusted beyond hell.
Then you could probably find one in a junk shop...I can try to look for mine because I replaced it when I installed my jdm front end...I'll let you know.
