Default honda to acura prt number reference?

so im trying to set up my block breather system and need the two parts parts pictured below

only issue is that so far two honda dealerships have said the part is backordered nationally. is there any cross reference to an acura part number for this?

or anything else that could be used? i need to get my car running and this is the last piece i need!

I made my own for free. I had an extra heater fitting from the firewall to the block. Right above the oil filter.
Take the 14mm plug out and drill and tap it. If you have M16x1.5 tap then its golden and your done, red threadlock it and let cure for 24 hours reinstall and done. I had a shitty standard tap so I tapped the hole and died the thread on the fitting a little and it fits perfect.

I plan on finding another fitting or maybe using hollow pipe thread for the other side.

Also, they came on the honda Prelude B20 motors from 88-91 or 89-92 not sure but that body style.
Not sure of part number but I know they came from those as well but free > 40.00 oem part any day.
Those washers are not so critical that they can't be reused as well.
