What is the size of the usual tuner lugs? Like the M12 x P1.5 or whatever...
What do those numbers stand for?
M12 x P1.5 is stock right...
Would tuner lugs be M12 x P1.25 ... Or are they smaller?

M - Metric
S - Standard
P - Pitch
When you see a M12 x P1.5 that means that its a 12mm bolt with a 1.5(mm, i think) pitch (threads).
If you see a 1/8x27NPT thats a standard pipe thread.
