Default Grind in the morning?

Had some noise that seemed to be coming from the tranny in the morning. I started it up and took the car out of gear and within about a min I heard the grinding . Took it to the dealer and well they couldn't duplicate it so nothing was done. Its been a couple of days now and no grinding I thought there was an earlier tread on this but I can't remember. I would really like some insight on it if anyone out there has the same issues. Thanks guys
