when i got my s2k both of the fabs didnt work. the guy i bought it from had it in the shop getin the fender painted due to a accident and said it didnt work when he left...maybe they reset the battery??? anyway i tried reseting it following the directions in my owners manual but it didnt work..maybe i was doin somethin wrong..any ideas?

 

Search on http://www.s2ki.net for this. There are a few articles on syncing the remotes.

Replace the batteries in the remotes as well, and if all else fails, is it under warranty?

 

You could also call the dealership.

He did post on http://www.s2ki.com and they said the issue was he's using a key FAB instead of a FOB. He also tried changing the batteries as well.

To the OP, I thought you said you were going to the dealer for this?

 

yah i went to honda today and got a tech to try to set the FOB and it didnt work so he said it might be the transmitter which cost 700 bucks to replace so yea f that..im gona check the fuse panel when i get off work and c if a fuse is blown
