I've searched many seat swap threads. What I'm trying to do is make DA front seats fit in an 88 EF hatch. All the threads I've read say that it's easy to swap DA seats for EF seats, but I think they're all referring to 90-91 EF's. Mine don't line up. SO--my question is: Is there a difference in the seats between the different years of EF's, and does anybody know what seats fit best in an 88? AND--forgive my ignorance--what exactly is a seat pan swap? What is a seat pan? Is that just the rails? What all is entailed in that? Thanks, guys . . .
90-91 civics differ from 88-89. Also , a seat pan is the pan that the seats rails bolt up to. Its the section where the bottom foam pad rest in. You can swap seat pans in order to get the integra seats in your ride.
