Default Dent in my fixd paint job!!! Dealership horror story!

Took my fiji blue 07 FG2 to the dealership service dept. for the Navi unit, clutch pedal. Well turns out that some F**k head dropped something hard and heavy on my right side rear quarter pannel It places dents and paint damage on it. Well as any service dept. would do... they denied it as usuall. On its initiall inspection (walk around ) my FG2 was super clean! So they tell me to bring it in for repair and you'll see your car in 3 days. I said cool my car will be fixed. Well I took it in and they replaced my Navi unit( For freezing up) , the clutch pedal ( missing rubber nub) and repainted the quarter pannel. But one dent still remains should I get it fixed ? the dent is really hard to see so I think they missed it. What do you guys think? Should I fight to get that little dent out or should I let it go?
I still need to take it back to get my i-VTEC sticker replaced and polished ; service told me that the paint was too fresh so wait a while and the area wil be squared away. Oh not to mention that there was a piece of dirt in the paint that has to be buffed out! Help me out guys! Opinions?

Never be a "satisfied customer" when you aren't really satisfied.

let them know that you know how much CSI means to them. Tell them your gonna tell everyone you know plus some what happend there. Call the regional rep. They will change there minds.

Ive seen people get everything from free body work to free gas at my dealership. You just have to push enough.

yea dont take any BS! If you were to sell the car you dont want anyone to know it has had body work or paint. so thay should make it look new not like it has been worked on. and dirt in the paint is a problem you want them to wetsand the whole area so that there is no orange peal. some shops wil cut corners and sand out the dirt but at a closer look you can tell that thay only sanded that area so thay need to wetsand the whole fender. good luck!

Thanks guys, I plan to make sure that they fix it correctly and will be dent free just like when it rolled out of the showroom floor. I will keep you guys posted on the outcome.

So I took the Si back to the dealership and they wet sanded it and to my surprise the dents realy didn't show afterwards! Orange peel I guess. Anyways like I mentioned before the ******* left a grain of sand in the clear coat , and when they tried to fix it it happened to go all the way down to the paint . Anyways I talked to the bodyshop manager and he said well if your not satitsfied you can tell your service guy and he will get it back in and get it re-painted. I asked him would you be satitfied if this was your car and you got these cards dealt to you? He didn't reply and said well the service dept has to approve so talk to them. Well as of now I need to turn in the car on Monday and well I hope to have it by the 23rd for the SoCal meet

don't act shy and have a not to bother you attitude. Be f'in pissed off and let them know you want it done right.... NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!

their not your friends and it's their job. When you let them know what results you expect, the service rep will check the car himself..... trust me

Say these exact words " I want this problem fixed asap and I want it fixed right! I'll speak to who ever I have to speak to make sure I'm treated as customer here because so far I have been extremely disappointed. My time and patients isn't at your disposal and I'm gonna do my best for you to relize that."

Point your finger at him a few times and walk away before he has a chance to say anything.

On Monday when I take my Si in I will let them know I mean buisness and tell them that when I come in to pick up the car the car sould be flawless as expected and I will have nothing less than perfect! I will let the service manager know of what I expect and will want him to do the final inspection before the car is delivered back to me. Thanks a lot guys for your input and support, and hopefully I will have my car back just in time for the Socal meet.
