__- Idle air control valve..-__
When i unplug the sensor when the engine is running the idle stops bouncing around to acts normal but has CEL.
Is it bad? time to replace it? i tried cleaning the screen and no i didnt use brake cleaner =/
it has irratic idle when its plugged in, and when i press the clutch in it stalls sometimes

could be a vacuum leak.
make sure your throttle cable isnt adjusted too tight.
make sure the FITV (if your car has one) is functioning properly.
if you cant find a vacuum leak and the FITV isnt the cause then i have a IACV from a d15b7 and d16z6 i can sell you.
of course, you didnt say what car you have or what motor so i dont know if either of those would do you any good.

i was having the same issue until recently where myc ar wouldnt idle correctly.
it wasnt the IAC or a vacuum leak.
i swapped out my skunk 2 intake manifold with 68mm TB for a stock one.
problem solved.
i think my problem lied in the throttle body.
adjust the throttle stop screw on the throttle body, its under the pulley a 7mm locknut and an allen screw

that typically means you have a vacuum leak of some sort. or the throttle plate isnt closing all the way (which is a vacuum leak)
i guess it could be that the iacv is bad as well.
i do have d16z6 iacv that i can sell you, its in good working order.
yours for $30 shipped.
