how much oil and tranny fluid?

hate to sound like a newb but i forgot, but i just picked up a da and i was wondering how much oil and tranny fluid do i need for it?

4 qts of engine oil.

For the tranny, just get 3 quarts from the honda dealer, and fill to the fill hole.
