I have a 00 integra ls.Put a gsr in it got the obd 1 ecu and the jumper the engine harness is a gsr harness.Im throwing code 21 vtec solenoid I have tryed a nother solenoid there both good,also my rpm when i drive it will only go from 6 to 6800 and bounce back down to 1.I can keep going when it does that it does not redline there it just goes back down on the tach but the motor will stay going higher in rpm. Im stumped never seen before I was a non vtec guy, i was into non vtec boost.???????????????

 

are u sure your vtec solenoid is connected to the ECU? How'd u wire in Vtec?
