Default best street set up

i am wanting to go with h/r sports with tokico blues (cheaper than koni).

how is that set up together.

the car is 94 ls. used as daily driver, road in my friends car with coilovers and way too bumpy... so i am debating between race and sports.. opinions?

Here's some info that should be helpful.

I'm thinking the Sport springs would be somewhat like the Eibach ProKits. The Race springs will be stiffer, lower and more harsh. I would also think that the Tokico Blues would be a mismatch with the Race springs and perhaps would not even be up to the challenge of the Sport springs. I'm guessing you'd want Illuminas or Koni Reds or Yellows.

I wouldn't go with blues. I had them, they are basically OEM replacements. Koni Reds are a much better option.
