Default Fuel Controller

Can I use the Field SFC-VTEC (VTEC/Fuel Controller) for the non-VTEC motor? Cuz someone give me one for nothing, and I wondering if I can use it on my non-VTEC motor (B18B).

Thanks.

I thought it can be use to controll fuel only (VTEC control wire not hookup and rise the VTEC cross-over 8k RPM so it never do anything).

Thanks.
