has anyone done or herd of somebody modifying a lower console from another car to fit the eg...maybe a ek one or something stupid like a Taurus ...something random???i know the oem ones best but it just so expensive and i don't mind a little custom work ...i just need something to make a cheap functional console cuz im probably going to the junkyard tomorow...thanks

 

i saw a post a while back where a guy took the lower area from a ek civic and put it into his civic.. basicly just chopped up the plastic a bit under the cig lighter and stuck the thing in.. it looked okay and had a cup holder so whatever works
