Do I have Bump Stops?
I got my suspension installed a while ago and I bottom out everytime I drive over a deep hole in the road. I hear a loud THUMP like my suspension is hitting my frame. I think when the shop installed my suspension, they might have not cut the bump stops, or even took them out completely. i'm not sure. is there a way to check and see if they're there or do i need to take out the whole suspension? btw im running gc's with tokico illuminas. thanks.

If you aren't so low as to be tucking tires, you should be able to just look into the front wheel well, and see the bump stop on the shock shaft.
Running too low, and equiped with either extended upper mounts or shortened shocks, and especially with a replacement UCA for camber adjustment, can cause the UCA to hit the shock tower before the shock fully bottoms. Mine do, and I have nice little dents you can see from the engine bay where the UCA hits.
So, it could be either the shock bottoming out, or the control arm hitting. Check both.
