Is there lsd on a sohc vtec tranny? Cause my brother's tranny is expletive up and he want to replace it. He wants a 1.6 liter tranny with lsd. Where can you get one?

 

A very few jdm sohc tranny's were lsd.

It's be easier to buy a y8/zc tranny and put in the lsd of your choice.

If you're on a budget, it's easy to take apart and re-assemble an OBX lsd.

 

not a tranny expert, (and i am sure this is something you can find in a search) but i think the jdm motors were the only ones with lsd on a d-series. but look into rebuilding one and putting in the OBX lsd. i've got distance future plans to do this myself.

and if you don't have money for it now just like i don't, then get something that will get your brother down the road in the car and save up to build one.
