h23 stock internals

how much horse power can the stock internals hold in a stock h23 non vtec?

I would think that is has more to do with what you are DOING to get that power, than the power itself. I may be wrong, but it sounds logical to me.

either way will depend on the shape of the motor. OP do some searching and you will find what you are looking for

i have a to4e turbo charger that i am wanting to put on it but i am afraid i will blow my stock internals.....i was thinking about pushing 8 PSI? sound to high?
