Will a AEM CAI for a 94-01 GSR fit on my 94 LS?

Does it need to be modified or should I just not even try?

I'm only asking because I picked on up really cheap (brand new) and want to know if I can even use it. If I can't, I'm just gonna turn around and sell it.

no it won't fit because the throttle body on the gsr is lower than the ls throttle body and if you put it on an ls it will not run under the frame behind the turn signal where all cold air intakes sit on integra's. you will have to make it longer.
