Default 1998 Civic Hatch engine problems

Not sure what it could be...No check engine light comes on...It jerks lightly in first gear, sometimes on 2nd gear/3rd. I've had a bad clutch before and it does not feel like it's the clutch...It jerks as if somethings clogging it up...Doesn't do it all the time...Any suggestions?

Mine was doing that and then it sent a connecting rod right through my oil pan.
