is it easy to lower my stock 94' eg???

depends on your experience and knowledge and what tools you have.

I could probably do it in 2 hours or less with air tools, working alone. With a lift, even less time.

rent a spring compression and get a shop manul for your car and study up, its fairly simple! Took me 3 hours to do it the first time by myself 45 mins for me and a freind, no air and no lift
