Tire Rec for 2004 Honda EX Accord 4 Dr V6?
I presently have stock P205/60R16 91V ENERGY MXV4 on my sedan. Are these the best for the price or is there some other for normal driving some long distance interstates. What do you recommend?
Thanks,
Ray

I bought some Bridgestone Turanza LS tires and like them much better than the stock michelins. You can check the survey and test results for them on tirerack.com. They have better wet traction, which I think is most important, and they seem like a more rugged tire IMO. I found the MXV4 to be prone to road hazzard damage.
I work for a Bridgestone/firestone garage.
I usuially recomment one of the following as an ordinary replacement tire.
1) Bridgestone Potenza G009, good wet and dry traction, decent in the show, not so good on ice.
2) Bridgestone Turanza EL42, Much closer to the factory MXV4 in all aspects, with (in my opnion) better snow/ice traction.
As for a performance replacement tire, I usuially recommend:
1) Bridgestone Potenza RE750, amazing dry traction, great water displacemnt, and good treadwear.
2) Firestone Firehawk Wide Oval GT, great dry traction, and currently eligible for a buy 4 get $100 back sale
3) Fuzion ZRI, probably the best bang for the buck performance tire in the line up. Good dry traction, good wet traction, and W rated with ZR compound makes for a great all around tire, and the treadwear is pretty good too.
