2000 seems just a bit high, but still pretty good that it comes with a trans, mounts, and wiring and is in So cal. Couple of things you need to think about:
What trans?
For the wiring are you running that OBD, if not how much more to convert?
Whole harness or just clips off the block?
ECU included?
Mileage?
Previous wear and tear?
Compression test?
Warrenty period and what type of warrenty? gl

well adding warr in still a bit high but not a bad deal.

If it's a good deal for YOU is the real call, there is a ton of stuff to factor in like can you risk a bum motor, if you do have it get replaced are you going to be doing work yourself? Can you have down time? How fast/bad do you need your swap ready/done?

Seems a little high but with labor, warranty, ETC might it isn't terrible. As stated above if it works for you lay down the cash
