Is it the shock alone? Or does it also come with springs? Brand new? Used?

If used, how many mileage has been claimed by the seller?

I have found a few diff. sites that offer only the shocks alone, and they are brand new, another site i have found they are listed for $369 w/free shipping, prob going to go with those, i am going to run the eibach pro-kit springs, i only want a moddest drop of 1"
