Default Tracked my 06 Civic LX Sedan on Saturday

So I took my first solo / lapping school on Saturday @ Atlantic Motorsport Park in Nova Scotia, what a blast...sorry for the shakey vids but it was just off a digi cam, i've got pics but they aren't great at all...vids are better...

Car worked pretty good considering it's just an LX, little under powered for the track however since there's 90+ feet of elevation change in the track

thanks

no i upgraded my tires and brakes, i'm running BFG KDW2 225/45ZR16's and EBC slotted & dimpled rotors w/ ceramic pads

car cornered but had a fair amount of body roll , need to upgrade suspension or at least get some strut tower bars...

yeah the track is actually a really nice track, unfortunatly it's an older track and it's a non profit track and dosn't see a whole lot of action therefore is kind of an unknown track, it's 11 corners and 2.5km long it is quite a bit of fun for learning on for sure.

that was my first time ever on a track, the only thing i've done besides that is some auto slalom last year. it's fun to learn what the car can do for sure. even my instructor was quite suprised how sporty it was

it's amazing what some decent tires, good brakes and an intake can do...now for an exhaust & some suspension work

here's a link to the track if anyone's interested in takin' a look

a rear progress will be good enough. any thicker up front with a rear progress sway bar will cause understeering.

plans for suspension are "I have to do something" lol, not sure what i'm going to do yet....rear swaybar, I was thinking front swaybar as well but according to blue2ksi it may cause understeer (thanks for that info) i'll look into that

i'd like to put something stiffer in and i don't want to drop it too much because it's also my daily driver (summer & winter), so i'm not 100% sure what i'm going to do there yet

open to suggestions

any idea what a set of HFP shocks are worth?? used or new...

i've priced up springs & swaybars from showstoppers @ $406CAD + shipping so i'm wondering how much more i'm lookin' at for springs

thanks for the input guys

oh yeah and as you can tell by below picture from an auto slalom on tuesday i NEED some suspension work LOL
