the D16Y5 engine will not bolt to your transmission - the only cable clutch transmissions that will bolt to the Y5 are the 88-91 L3 transmissions - the Y5 with L3 transmission will not bolt into your car and will require fabricating of all of the mounts in order to install it - not to mention the fact that your car does not have a fuel sytem compatible with the fuel injected engine - to run the fuel injected engine will also require that you essentially rewire the entire car for the engine portion

okay I know that i have to rewire the whole engine compartment. I have the engine harness off a 95 vtec and the p28 ecu. I know that I wont be able to run the e part of the y5 but 2 of my friends work for honda and there going to wire the inside for the check engine light and all of the wiring that needs to be switched. so I know that this isnt the best switch. What car does the 88-91 L3
transmissions come off of?
