Are these LS or GSR rims? How do you tell the difference? Is there a difference? I seen these on both LS and GSR models. If you have pictures of LS and GSR rims please post them up. Please let me know. Thanks!

 

those are the LS MESH rims. Came stock only on the LS model, thus being called the LS mesh wheels. They might of came stock on the RS models aswell though, not positive on that.

 

Yea those are LS wheels. Only available for the non GSRs.

GSRs got the blades and Fat 5s. But you could also get the fat 5s on the Special Edition LS

The RS never came with the Mesh - instead they gave us steelies and some crappy hub-caps

Real answer is in that thread for any others that come across this thread and need the correct info.

 

yep those are ls meshs, which came only on the ls. The gsr came with the famous Blades and the Fat 5

First came on the 97 Gsr's, read the link I posted. I did'nt know it either.

The '96 GS-R came with six-spoke wheels commonly called "sunflowers" or "starfish", which look like this:

 

Damn it I was off a spoke......so rare I forget what they look like...:D
