so i installed a set of si rims yesterday on my EX. the si must have a larger dia front brake disk because my calipers were just barely rubbing on the inside of the rim. it appears the stock si disks, being larger in dia, would allow the caliper to clear due to the taper of the rim. anyways...i took my dremel and carefully shaved the outside of the caliper for the rim to clear. the rims look great and i'm totally stoked.

Your not the first to have put Si wheels on a lower model, shaving brakes FTL should have searched.

 

I have the SI rims without 3mm spacers and I haven't been rubbin yet... its damn close though

 

user SeanJohn1802 has the Si rims with spacers. i guess its too late in your case though.
