Default Help with cluster lights going out...

Well i drive a 94 civic ex, and when i go from the orange lights, i presume the city lights, to the normal lights, the gauge cluster lights and the climate control/radio lights go out. Now i was wonder if this was a problem with one of the fuses, and if it is, which one. Or is there a problem with the actual switch itself.
