how to depin obd2b ecu plugs

hey.. doin an h22 swap.. need to make my 3 wire iacv to 2 wire and i cant get the pins out of the ecu plugs... and i cant find a how to aywhere.. HELP ME

you have to pry up the white tabs then you can use someting to depress the pin

whats the best way to lift the white thins up? tried prying with a screw driver.. no dice!
