Default cleaning up engine bay on 88 crx

first of all, im buying a password jdm cf intake, and I would like to know what I'm supposed to do with the three vaccuum lines running to the stock intake that the passjdm one doesnt have.

and also, can I get a skunk 2 throttle body with map sensor on it and use the old harness that mounts the map sensor on the firewall? and what are the two canister things next to my map sensor on my firewall, need to make some space
