Priority List
Now, before someone says something, I know this is in the wrong thread, but my question is 06+ specific.
Im ready to start my build up, part at a time. I have researched, and become stumpted. Which improvements would the great Civic world suggest I do first, keeping in mind price of course, and so on.
1. Cold Air Intake, 2. Cat-Back exhaust, 3. Eibach Pro Kit, 4. 17" tires/wheels (what kind of wheels for the color of my car?). So far thats it.
Color: Royal Blue Pearl. Car: 2007 EX Coupe w/man. trans. So, there you go! Let the suggestions begin!!!

How about a priority list. I agree on the CAI (Injen will be the brand then).
What about the rest of the stuff? what do you suggest the order to be? I trust your all's opinion!

You both have good lists, however its an EX, so I cant do the header, the exhaust manifold is built-in to teh 1.8.
I printed them both for reference,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,anybody else?

How you like your black halo projectors? what do they look like on car? Are you using HID's with them?
My son has HID's on OEM headlights, but thinking of doing a retro. On mine its under warranty so I dont want to mod it too much now. What kind of projectors are they?

Yeah, never seen such a thing! I dont really understand the reasoning behind that. It looks wierd but kinda streamline too. Maybe its not a bad thing, I dont know!
OK, so Im gonna order the CAI first. I looked under the performance thread and nobody is home that sells'em. Anybody know who has CAI's for the best price? Either Injen or Fujita or AEM, I dont care really. I kinda agree with seed2harvest, Its a tube, a big tube! Filter? Yes its important! So whos got one for a EX 1.8 for the best price? What I save here goes to another part later!

Unfortunately this is the direction most honda engines will be going. It started on the 2003 v6 accord. Integrating the exhaust manifold into the head allows the catalytic converter to me mounted closer to the head allowing the cat to heat faster therefore reducing cold start emissions.

suspension and wheels are the 2 greatest mods you can do to your car. they completely change the look and feel.
Intakes and Exhausts are completely useless on that motor. If your looking for something nice then go w/ the HFP muffler.

You know, I kinda agree with you on the CAI and exhaust. I do like the price and the benifits of the FHP muffler. And I DO agree that wheels and tires can improve an edsel! On that point, I have thrown around the idea of staying with 16's)(that should start some discussion!)
. Doing this I can get wheels first then tires (even though I havent really found problems yet with the OEM Bridgestones), the wheels, they gotta go!

Suspension will make the biggest difference on your car for the most part.
Learn to use the power you have already stock, hence the suspension, it lets you do that.
Your cars power is only as good as the suspension/tires/brakes.

Suspension and wheels/tires first.
I konw it's not an R18, but on my Accord, the most noticable changes, and the most enjoyable ones, have come from me lowering the car, getting some stiffer springs, getting a strut and sway bar, and putting on some wider, stickier tires on some 17" lightweights.
The intake and exhaust are more noise than fun. Suspension makes it fun to toss around, you'll have more fun with crisper handling than the extra 5 hp.
