04 Odyssey, steering wheel radio volume control

I love my 04 Odyssey!
However recently, after 60,000 miles, the "down arrow" on the steering wheel to lower the volume increases the volume.
Any ideas on how to correct this problem?

this is a fairly current bulliten that i use still to this day.
