The owner of the car would have to get a recall clearance letter from Honda (say they're moving to Canada or something) and fax that with the title of the car to the Border ppl. I think that's all thats involved.

If you have a shell/rolling chassis and its reasonably priced I will consider it, but I wouldn't know what company to use to ship it here.
