Ok, car has DC header, full exhaust, short ram, blue carpet, some kind of aftermarket tail lights, lowered, rims, ebay looking strut bars, aluminum trim, short shifter with shift ****, REALLY clean interior, pretty straight body except for the driverside of the hood, paint is nice but front bumper clear coat is peeling, and maybe some other stuff I don't know about. Overall this is a nice car.
The motor has a bad knock, a low mileage motor can be picked up for $450ish.
NADA and KBB are around $4000-$4500 for this car in good condition, around $5,000 for perfect. So $3000 with knocking motor.
I'll trade for a B16a Del Sol, clean DOHC/VTEC swapped civic/crx/del sol.
Soon as I sell my ford thunderbird turbocoupe, I can throw in money to make an even trade if something comes up.

Oh, forgot to add about the gauges in the double gauge pod, they are a A/F gauge and a Voltmeter, both autometer and very nice. The car has 136,XXX miles.
